We understand that uncertainty about summer plans is unsettling. We will make decisions about summer camp as quickly as we can, but as slowly as we must to not eliminate options that may be in front of us with the rapidly changing information.

Summer camp is a highlight of the year for campers, parents and our staff! We don't want anyone to miss out on camp, but like you, we are carefully considering our path forward in this pandemic time. We are anticipating an amazing summer and are currently planning to deliver summer programs. All summer programs may not look the same as they always have but connecting kids with nature is our goal.

Quarry Hill Nature Center staff and board of directors are listening carefully to the experts at the Minnesota Department of Health and other governing agencies and taking under advisement all their recommendations. We are connected with nationwide camp resources to help inform, guide, and shape our best practices for the health and safety of both our campers and staff going forward. As our state releases more and clearer guidelines for the weeks and months ahead, we will inform you via email and our website of adjustments to our summer camp.
